The Sun Peak Manor House is the primary residence on the estate, set beside a spring-fed creek and framed by aspens and pines. A large deck looks out over the peaceful mountain surroundings, creating a quiet connection to the landscape.

Inside, the home is designed for comfort and togetherness, with a formal dining area, a spacious living room with a woodburning fireplace, and oversized windows that capture views of the creek and pond. The main level includes a master suite and two additional ensuite bedrooms. Upstairs, the home features three more ensuite rooms, along with a bar, movie theater, pool table, and a bunk room.
